Dear Noah,

                             Newborn 8/27/11

Hello my sweet baby. This is the first little letter I'm writing to you. I plan on writing many more as the days, weeks and months go by. I made this blog for you, to share stories and photos of our life.. I hope one day you get to read and enjoy this letter and our blog. <3....

Dear Noah,

Just the other day I was looking at newborn pictures of you that I have on my phone and I realized how fast you are growing up. You're already 5 1/2 months! I can't believe it. Where did the time go? 5 and a half months ago I was welcoming you into the world, it feels like it was just yesterday. You are growing up so fast. Can you slow down, please?

Your cute newborn clothes have been boxed up and now your closet is full of big boy clothes. You're already wearing 9 month clothes, my little chunker ; ) You no longer fit in your Boppy newborn lounger that you would so often lay in. Now your cute little feet hang off the edge. You even grew out of your baby bath tub!

You're getting so big so fast and becoming your own person with your own little personality that I adore. Lately, you've been talking up a storm, grabbing everything in sight and sitting up on your own. This past week you sat in a highchair at a restaurant and in a shopping cart at the store, for the first time!

I can't believe time has passed me by so quickly, pretty soon you'll be crawling and walking! I have enjoyed every minute of these past 5 months. I never thought I would love being a mama as much as I do. You're such a sweet boy and your little smile melts my heart.
 I love you my Noah.

Cute Baby Things: For Bath Time

Bath Time is one of our favorite times of the day. After a long day of playing and getting dirty, Noah loves to get into a nice warm bubble bath and splash around. It's a nice way to end our day and get Noah nice and relaxed and ready for bed. We include a bath every night and try to keep him on a good bedtime routine, So once bath time comes around he knows sleepy time is coming up next. We start off with a nice warm bath, baby massage with night time lotion, jammies and ending with a story from Dad. Since having a solid bed time routine Noah has become an excellent little sleeper.
Making Mama and Papa very happy.
Below are some of my favorite bath time goodies.

Monthly Favorites: January

The end of the month is approaching, So Noah and I would like to share the things were loving this month.

Noah's Favs..

The Oball, From the minute we bought it, it's been in his  hands. We got ours from Target for $3.99

Baby Einstein Count and Compose Piano. Ours was a Christmas gift from Grandpa.

Baby Einstein Musical Motion Actvity Jumper. Another gift from Grandpa, as you can see..Grandpa spoils him rotten.

Leap Frog My Puppy Pal- Scout $25 from Target. It comes with a USB cord, which allows you to customize it through the Leap Frog website. You can choose what songs you want it to play and it even says your Baby's name. Super Cute.

Mama's Favs...

Jafra Tender Moments Baby body care. It smells so good and leaves Noah's skin soft and lightly scented.

Petunia Pickle Bottom Diaper Bag, I Looove this bag. It's the perfect size, has plenty of pockets, a roll out changing pad and the option to wear as a backpack. Perfection!

Munchkin Arm and Hammer Diaper Bag Dispenser, I always carry this in my diaper bag. They have been a life saver when Noah has had accidents while we're out and about. I just put his soiled clothes in this bag and throw it in my diaper bag, I don't have to worry about anything else getting dirty or stinky.

Happy Saturday!!

Our day started off with a morning walk to our local Starbucks. Mommy and Daddy were up late and in need of a nice strong cup of joe! It was a bit windy out, so we bundled up Noah and made sure he was nice and snugly. Then we hit the road.

After lunch and a nice long nap, we met up with a friend at the basketball court. Noah got to spend some time with his cousins Bella and Nathan. Bella and Noah laughed, giggled and smiled at each other the whole time. It was the cutest thing.

Some kisses from Dada before heading home. <3

Look Who's 5 Months Old Today!!!

                                                              This Cutie
5 months came in a flash. It feels like yesterday Noah was just a newborn, bundled up and sleeping in my arms.

Now he's an independent little guy and on the go. He has more important things to do than just cuddle with mommy all day. He has toys to play with, hands to chew on, feet to discover and new foods to try.

Happy 5 months my lil' papa!

Wish List: The Baby Bullet

Now that Noah is starting solids, I want him to have the best food options. So I decided what better way than to make my own baby food. Fresh, organic and delicious.... Nothin but the best for my lil baby!

After researching website after website, reading review after review, I think I found a winner! The Baby Bullet! Have you seen this thing?! It's adorable for starters, and it looks quick and simple to use. Perfect for me, who doesn't have much time for anything.. Let's just say, I'm lucky if I get a shower in that day.

So what intrigued me first was the price. Totally in our price range, we don't have a lot of cash just lyin' around, so I'm always looking to save a buck. Plus.. The reviews were very good. It has better reviews then some of the more expensive models that are on the market.

I love that's it's small and compact, perfect for a smaller home. I hate big appliances cluttering up my counter space. The process seems quick and clean up a breeze. Sounds perfect, right?! So all in all, I think this is the one for me and my baby. Pretty soon I'll be steaming, blending and puree-ing my way to a healthier baby and that makes me a happy mommy.
